White Party rocks Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club

Rancho Santa Fe did it like Diddy with a White Party at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club last weekend. Inspired by the hip-hop mogul’s annual party in the Hamptons, golf club members came dressed in their brightest and whitest for a night of martinis, cigars and live entertainment.

Sheer white curtains hung from every doorway and flanked cool cabana-style seating. Sleek white leather couches and funky square ottomans were brought in. Lit white candles and neon blue accents created the only soft lighting indoors. Outdoors, the fading gorgeous summer sunset over the green of the golf course was a perfect backdrop for socializing and martini sipping.

Residents looked sharp in their best whites – women were given flashing rings that glowed white in the dark. Some got a little creative – like Vearl Smith, who looked snazzy in a pastel suit and hat. Other attendees included several impeccably dressed couples like Don and Joy Ankeny, John and Dawn Hummel, and Tim and Belinda Foley.
