Military families get gifts of thanks

A Carmel Valley sponsor meets her “adopted” Marine at Camp Pendleton where military families received baskets full of food and gifts through Bells of Freedom. The program was created by Louis and Tanya McKay, of Carmel Valley, and allows donors to personally thank servicemen and women by adopting military families to help during the holidays.
