Camp Pendleton exercises may be heard

High explosives going off during exercises at Camp Pendleton may be heard around North County Thursday through Sunday, the Marine Corps said Wednesday.

The munitions training will be on a remote range at the Oceanside-area base, but the explosives may be heard for miles around through the weekend.
