Fuzzy Friends: Bell a beauty

Bell is a 1-year-old, spayed, female, basset hound, shepherd mix. She’s a 40-pound, full-grown harmonious hound. Bell is quite the jingle and adores playing with other dogs. Her ringing spirit is best in a home with humans 14 years and older. She can be a little shy at first around people, but once she gets to know you, she opens up. Bell is available for adoption for $200 from the Helen Woodward Animal Center.

The center is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. everyday (accepting applications until 5:45 p.m.) at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. For more information, call 756-4117, option 1, or visit www.animalcenter.org.
