Jamba Juice introduces new summer smoothie

Jamba Juice announced the national rollout of a limited-time-only seasonal smoothie, the Blackberry Bliss, and its coinciding summer promotion – Summer Bliss is Back. Jamba’s newest smoothie is made with whole fruit, including blackberries, blueberries and strawberries.

Adding additional bliss to the launch, Jamba will also unveil its No Work, All Play Promotion at summerblissisback.com. The microsite aims to encourage consumers to enjoy the pleasures of the warmer months even though they may not be able to escape from work or home.

Beginning now, summerblissisback.com will promote summer bliss each day with automatically generated “fake’ation” photos and Blackberry Bliss discounts. Upload a photo of your face, and you will instantly appear anywhere from the beaches of Hawaii to the pyramids of Egypt without leaving your computer. And if you post your fake’ation photo to Facebook, you could win coupons and other prizes, such as smoothies for a month. The summerblissisback.com microsite will also host a “Blissful Word of the Day” that will entitle you to $1 off your Blackberry Bliss upon repeating it to a Jamba team member in-store.

Jamba Juice has stores in La Jolla, Del Mar, Solana Beach and Carmel Valley.
