Pardee’s Portico models released for sale

New single-family detached model homes are now selling in Pardee Homes’ Portico at Pacific Highlands Ranch neighborhood.

The models recently received an honorable mention as the Gold Nugget Project of the Year, Production Single Family Home.

The Plan 3 model was designed for energy efficiency and has a roof-integrated solar electric power system, a tankless water heater and central vacuum system. The prices start in the mid-$700,000s.
