Armed man robs Carmel Valley Ralphs
A man armed with a handgun robbed a Ralphs grocery store in Carmel Valley, police said.
The man entered the store at 3455 Del Mar Heights Road around 10:40 p.m. Sunday and demanded cash from a manager, according to San Diego police.
The manager complied and the thief ran away with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.
Police described him as being a white of about 35 who was wearing a blue baseball cap, a dark hooded sweatshirt and faded blue jeans.
No one was hurt in the robbery.
