Small fire caught quickly at Torrey Pines park

A small brush fire on the east side of Torrey Pines State Park was extinguished within 15 minutes Tuesday, a fire officials said.

Only a quarter of an acre burned and no trees were damaged, said Maurice Luque of the San Diego Fire Rescue Department.

There were no injuries. The cause was under investigation.
