Secure Child ID event slated

The Rancho Santa Fe Community Center is offering a free Secure Child ID event on Wednesday, Sept. 23. From 2 to 6 p.m., parents will have the opportunity to have a photograph of their child taken, documentation of their child’s fingerprints and other vital statistics taken for an identification card.
