Wellness fair set for Sept. 19

Active Recovery will hold a free Active Wellness Fair Saturday, Sept. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 19 at Del Mar Shores Park.

Complimentary yoga, Pilates and fitness classes will be offered every half-hour along with children’s games, promotional giveaways, workshops and demos by holistic health practitioners. The event will also feature a raffle to support the Del Mar Shores Park Fund.
