Giving week a Rowe tradition

Last week’s R. Roger Rowe’s Giving Week ended with Rancho Santa Fe Education Foundation members collecting donations in red envelopes as parents picked up and dropped off their students. The foundation gathers funds to help Rowe maintain small class sizes, literary excellence, specialized teachers, enrichment programs and the new Scripps Ocean Partnership.
