Jake’s lauds teachers

Jake’s Del Mar recently announced its September Educator of the Month honorees.

They are: Geraldo Hernandez (Ashley Falls School); Lorrie Lewis (Carmel Del Mar School); Dana Arnold (Del Mar Heights School); Carlos Ramirez (Del Mar Hills Academy of Arts and Sciences); Lillian Rutledge (Ocean Air School); Roseann Mirsaidi (Sage Canyon School); Juan Rios (Sycamore Ridge); Terri O’Brien (Torrey Hills School); Sue Chamberlin (Solana Vista School); Betsy Kannenberg (Solana Pacific); Michelle Thompson (Solana Highlands School); Samantha Greenstein (Earl Warren Middle School); Becky Austin (Santa Fe Christian School); Amber Eddow (St. James Academy); Amanda Beaumont (Tri City Christian) and Kathy Zorbas (Ada Harris Elementary).

Jake’s Educator of the Month program, established in 1990, recognizes outstanding educators and faculty from schools in the North County Communities of Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Solana Beach. Each winner receives a $40 gift certificate to dine at Jake’s.
