Horizon Prep runners sweep Middle School League

The Horizon Prep Cross Country girls team swept the Independent Middle School League this year for the first time in the school’s history. ‘I’ve never had a group work harder than this year’s cross country team,’ Horizon Prep cross country coach Jesse Sykes said. ‘The distance for each race was 2 1/2 miles, so we trained them at 5 miles. They worked hard.’
