Solana Beach artist wins show’s top prize

Solana Beach artist Toni Williams recently won Best in Show at the San Dieguito Art Guild Small Image Show. Williams’ work ‘The Compliment’ won a cash award and will be on display with other artists’ works at the Off Track Gallery, 510 Second St., Encinitas, through Jan. 4. (760) 942-3636.
