Del Mar Highlands Town Center will soon house a Tilly’s and a larger AT&T store, the center’s vice president and general manager Elizabeth Schreiber announced recently.

In early summer of 2010, Tilly’s, a clothing store selling styles geared toward teens and young adults, will open in the location formerly occupied by Eli’s. The AT&T store will move from its current location to a 3,000-square-foot space near IHOP.
