Lin joins Prudential Del Mar

Herb Josepher, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Del Mar office, announced that Chris Lin has joined his team. A real estate veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Lin has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation by completing a series of courses pertaining to marketing, negotiating, finance and the applications of technology and legal issues to the real estate business.

When working with her previous brokerage, Lin earned the Certificate of Excellence for Superior Performance award.
