Water polo event scheduled

International water polo competition is coming to La Jolla’s Coggan Family Aquatic Complex from June 28 to July 3.

The event, the Women’s FINA World League Super Final, will feature eight teams, all of which had to qualify for the tournament. As of press time, the U.S. team will be joined by Canada and China and possibly Australia, Greece and Hungary. Teams were still competing for the final spots.
