Prudential’s Wendy Ramp tops Del Mar

Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce that Wendy Ramp was the number one ranked individual for her sales production, out of the company’s agents in the Del Mar office, for the third consecutive year. “Wendy’s consistent success is a direct result of her focus on client service and knowledge of real estate,” said Herb Josepher, manager of the office.

Throughout her career in real estate, which spans more than 30 years, Ramp has excelled as a result of her proficiency with technology, marketing skills and commitment to provide her clients with personalized attention. A Chairman’s Circle Platinum award winner for her sales production in 2009, she ranked in the top one percent of Prudential’s 60,000 agents nationwide.

To deliver a short market time for her sellers’ properties, and help her buyers find the perfect neighborhood and home for their specific needs, Ramp consistently networks with her numerous colleagues and associates in the real estate business.

“I absolutely love sharing the amenities and attractions of my community with my clients, who very often become friends,” said Ramp, who has lived in the North San Diego County coastal area since 1977. “I have really enjoyed forming relationships with my clients and colleagues over the years.”

By approaching the idea of customer service from the mindset of a concierge, Ramp has earned referrals and repeat business from an expansive base of clientele. To alleviate the stress her sellers experience and help them make educated decisions, she carefully manages all of the details associated with each transaction and provides them with pertinent information about their questions and concerns. To ensure her buyers have a positive experience, she previews potential homes and researches local schools, neighborhoods and market conditions.
