Davidson sells three homesat Viridian at La Costa Greens

Homebuilder Davidson Communities has announced that three of seven homes have been sold in their newest phase at Viridian at La Costa Greens.

Residences in this phase release feature cul-de-sac locations, with move-in dates at the end of September. Pricing for this luxury neighborhood of coastal Carlsbad homes starts in the low $800,000s.

Viridian is a view-oriented, ridge-top enclave of 91 single-family detached homes overlooking the famed golf course at La Costa Resort in coastal Carlsbad. Designed by Dahlin Group Architecture, highlights include casitas and guest suites. The two-story floor plans offer three to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 5.5 baths and two-car plus compact or three-car tandem garage. The homes span 3,688 to 4,722 square feet and capture outdoor living at its best with entry loggias, decks and courtyards creating a resort-inspired environment. The exteriors showcase Santa Barbara, Tuscan and Monterey Ranch architectural styles.
