Solana Beach digs into community center project

Solana Beach held a groundbreaking ceremony on Monday for the first phase of the Fletcher Cove Community Center renovation project. The first part will include a parking lot that is accessible to disabled people and minor grading on the south side of the building where the shuffleboard court is located.
