Prudential welcomes Steve Hoff

Herb Josepher, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Del Mar office, recently announced that Steve Hoff has joined his team of real estate professionals. “Steve is an educated professional with many years of experience in real estate,” said Josepher. “His likable personality and belief in the value of customer service will make him one of the area’s leading agents.”

A mortgage banker for more than 25 years, Hoff offers his clients knowledgeable advice and detailed information about their options when searching for a loan. He is confident that his familiarity with reviewing mortgage agreements, in combination with his comprehensive understanding of finance and economics, will allow him to successfully facilitate the goals of his clients.

“Helping people select the most advantageous mortgage to suit their specific set of financial circumstances was very fulfilling,” said Hoff. “Owning a home is a very effective way to preserve wealth and achieve long-term financial prosperity. I am excited to apply my skills to help my clients find the perfect home to match their interests and lifestyles.”

Prior to his decision to enter the real estate business, Hoff earned a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. His professional experience includes seven years as president and CEO of a national asset brokerage firm, as well as time spent serving on the board for a major bank in San Francisco.

A resident of San Diego for the past 10 years, he offers his clients an insider’s perspective about the local housing market, real estate investment options and loan service providers.

Steve Hoff can be contacted through Prudential California Realty’s Del Mar office, at 760-492-3110, or via email at szhoff@gmail.com.
