Just another example of the extent to which our freedoms are being removed from us. Since when did a person's private property become "public right of way"? And, since when did something I put up in my front yard for kids to have fun on become some sort of liability to the city? This is ludicrous!

Let the kids play. They should not be deprived of an icon of childhood because we adults are too chicken to let kids be kids. Good for you Jack Atkinson for bringing community and the joy of outdoor play to the children of your neighborhood. The young man should get a commendation for getting other kids up, out and moving as is good healthy and right.
