Spencer Fox benefit held at Belly Up

The Belly Up in Solana Beach hosted a charity fundraiser Feb. 20 for Spencer Fox, a Cardiff resident and San Dieguito Academy ninth-grader who suffered a spinal cord injury in a snowboarding accident last February.
