The Del Mar Union School District board is considering possible reductions for its 2011-12 budget, as the district could be looking at a $3.8 million deficit. At the board’s May 25 meeting, district Superintendent Jim Peabody gave the board a list of possible reductions the district may need to take in August once the board gets a clearer picture of property tax revenues and state contributions.
