"My family and I have gone to the Book Works for a long time and purchased numerious items there. Sadly, when the long tiime owner sold it to the new owner, things went down hill fast. The new owner has zero interpersonal skills. You would think that with a long term customer she would say hello when you walked in to the store. Nope. Just ignores me. I have never been anything but nice to her yet still I get the cold shoulder. Thankfully the old owner still works there a few days per week and the staff is great. Just stay far away from the owner, Lisa. I also actually thought it was just me she did this to, but she ignores my mom and several other people I know. Not a good way to run a business."
