Torrey Pines High School scholars receive dollars

Sixty Torrey Pines High School students were honored May 25 at the annual Dollars for Scholars Awards ceremony held at Solana Pacific Elementary School. Dollars for Scholars is a regional nonprofit that awards scholarship monies to graduating high school students who excel in academic, athletic and community endeavors. The funds are donated by local community organizations and individuals in the form of general, memorial or donor specific scholarships. Photos: Daniel Dreifuss
