		<description>Why must we always have these gold-plated projects in Del Mar?  For goodness sake, us taxpayers are not a bottomless pit of money.  There are many longtime Del Mar residents who have limited resources.  Give us a break!  For $2,500,000 is an obscene amount of money for a lifeguard tower and some restrooms. </description>
