Look at the Plan! It has massive parking structures for everone. No kidding the parking at Ralph across the street is bad, but realize it is undertaking a major face lift causing traffic and parking issues while under a retrofit construction and still keeping all the business open. That is a monumental task in itself! In addition, the Ralphs center was not planned correctly with parking, egress and ingress and this is the reason we are having issues today, where were you back then?
One Paseo is addressing all these issues and doing a great job trying to explain the project. This is a great project for everyone! The shopping, and restuarants will be top of the line. Get used to this concept, it worked in Santa Monica and another project with a main street is being built here in Mission Valley that started construction early this year.

I don't see a comment about the parking for this project. The parking at Ralphs is a NIGHTMARE at lunch and in the afternoon, with literally NO available parking spots for hours. This project really needs to have a well thought out parking plan. To me that's most important.
