Friends of the Powerhouse celebrated the Tot Lot’s 10th birthday Sept. 3 at Powerhouse Park in Del Mar. Guests enjoyed hot dogs, cold drinks and birthday cake, along with face painting and games provided by Pinky’s Big Top. Visit www.friendsofthepowerhouse.org. Photos: Jon Clark
