My long-standing yoga class, after having met in a veritable dump for the last session, as of Monday this week is now meeting at the Fletcher Cove Community Center. What a remarkable experience to practice yoga with the doors wide open, the sound of the waves competing with your ujjayi breath (which, coincidentally, means "ocean breath") for your attention. Our class literally concluded right as the sun dropped below the horizon! I don't think we'll ever be willing to meet anywhere else after that.
