Solana Beach-based skincare and beauty boutique Alexis K. celebrated a repeat victory recently after once again winning in the Best Waxing category of the 10 News A-List contest. The San Diego-wide competition attracted more than 6,700 businesses. Winners in 135 categories were determined by votes from the public. Alexis K. beat out 150 nominees from al over San Diego County — which marked its second consecutive first-place ranking.
