Lifeguard tower (Safety Center) groundbreaking set for Oct. 3

Friends of the Powerhouse announces the tower groundbreaking. The ceremony will take place on Oct. 3 at 1 p.m. Fundraising has taken months and the organization is close to reaching its goal. There are matching funds donations from The Del Mar Foundation of $10,000 and another of $100,000 from Bob Wilson. Bricks are still available!
