A “Silent Tribute” was held in remembrance and honor of the victims and heroes of 9/11 on Sept. 11 at Powerhouse Park. Flags were planted in memory of each victim of 9/11. Del Mar Mayor Don Mosier spoke and taps were played at 6:30 p.m. Photos: Scott M. Bolle
