When this ramp is closed, it is a major inconvenience and needs to get repaired soon. As much as we pay in taxes, we should expect to be able to get on our freeway onramps. The ramp is ALWAYS flooded (even though it has NOT rained in months). There were pollowogs and pussy willows growing in the "lake" last month and it stunk! The office building above the flooded ramp constantly has their sprinklers going. Why? I saw the hill sprinklers going full blast at 2 p.m. the other day. CAL TRANS are total flakes. This has been going on for TWO years (not since last winter). The ramp is ALWAYS flooded (even though it has NOT rained in months).
