Water main break causes partial Via de la Valle road closure

Via de la Valle westbound between Cedros and Camino del Mar is closed due to a water main break and resulting sinkhole. Necessary repairs are still being assessed and it is anticipated that the segment of street will remain closed until Nov. 19 at the earliest. No water service in Del Mar is affected.
