Del Mar to hold Village Specific Plan EIR Scoping meeting

A Village Specific Plan EIR Scoping meeting will be held in Del Mar 6 to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 12 at City Hall Annex (235 11th Street).
At this meeting, there will be a brief presentation to provide an overview of the proposed project and of the EIR scoping process.
