Torrey Hills board appoints new members

The Torrey Hills Community Planning board appointed two new members on Jan. 17. Martin Brum became the new Carmel Valley representative to replace John Dean. Todd Saier took the seat vacated by Rob Mullally, who moved out of the area. There is currently an opening on the board for a business seat. The next elections will be held in March.
