And, the "family-friendly, small town atmosphere" she mentions will likely never be found in this street of mostly 5 and 6 story buildings. One Paseo will be more like downtown Los Angeles, it is NOT a suburban village. We want that suburban village, we should demand that Kilroy provide us with a smaller, appropriate development.
