		<description>I, too, am pro-development when it will benefit the entire community, but this project will NOT! One Paseo is too big for Carmel Valley, and the fact that the developer is using environmental certifications as leverage to help the approval of a bad project doesn&#039;t make it any better. A much smaller project would generate just about the same number of jobs at a much lower impact to our home. </description>
