An Invention Showcase was held March 29 at Torrey Hills School. Inventions on display were selected at an Invention Fair on Feb. 9. During the Del Mar districtwide showcase, teams were formed to compete in the San Diego Elementary Science Field Day competition for fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders. Photos: Jon Clark
