Blood Drive to be held June 17 at St. Therese of Carmel

The San Diego Blood Bank will accept blood donations at an open to the public blood drive hosted by St. Therese of Carmel (4343 Del Mar Trails Rd. San Diego, 92130) on Sunday, June 17, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  The blood drive will be in the parking lot.

Participants will have the opportunity to join the San Diego Blood Bank’s Donor program, which includes access to an online store for donors and the ability to track cholesterol, pulse, and blood pressure after each donation.

Anyone who is at least 17 years old, in good health and weighs at least 110 pounds may be eligible to give blood.  A good meal is recommended prior to donation.
