Coldwell Banker Del Mar and Carmel Valley announces Q1 NRT Top 1,000 Award winners

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage recently congratulated the company’s Del Mar and Carmel Valley sales associates named to the NRT Top 1,000—a quarterly designation for exceptional sales productivity. The NRT Top 1,000 is a select group of agents representing the top 1,000 sales associates of approximately 45,000 nationwide within NRT, the parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

The Coldwell Banker Del Mar sales associates earning place among the prestigious list include Brian Pasco and Linda Andrews, while Farryl Moore rounded out the Carmel Valley agents.

“Not only have these agents shown to have the skills and experience to successfully guide clients throughout the sale and purchase of their home, but these sales associates exemplify the kind of professionals who are going to help usher in the next chapter of our industry’s promising future,” said Rick Hoffman, president and chief operating officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, San Diego County and Temecula Valley.
