The Del Mar Lifeguard Association hosted its annual fundraiser on June 23 at the Powerhouse Community Center.

Classic Chrome provided music and Rudy’s Mexican Food the catering. The event also featured lifeguard highlights, raffle prizes and a silent auction.

Proceeds benefit the Del Mar Lifeguard Association, a nonprofit that supports beach events for the Adaptive Sports Foundation, Wounded Warriors, Touch a Truck, Penguin plunge, and beach safety talks for local Boy and Girl Scout troops, as well as hundreds of local students.
