The Del Mar Rose Society held its annual Pot Luck Party for all of the members on Oct. 25 at Zelda Waxenberg’s home in Del Mar . The organization normally meets on the last Thursday of the month at the Powerhouse Community Center at 7 p.m. It is a great opportunity for the rose lover or anyone who would like to expand their rose knowledge to meet with others with similar interests. There are monthly speakers, events, tours, rose exhibits  and workshops.  More information is available at http://www.delmarrosesociety.org/

This year, the Del Mar Rose Society proudly presented the American Rose Society Bronze Award for Outstanding Service to Kristen Drucker, the founder of the DMRS.
