The Del Mar Foundation held its “Celebrate Community” event Dec. 5 at the Del Mar Community Building. The event featured birds from Free Flight, festive decorations, including 20 bougainvillea plants creating a colorful wall with overhead lighting, and catering by El Pollo Loco.
