These improvements will send tax dollars out of the area. They did not even provide street improvements to one of the ugliest center medians in the County. Please stop buying into the BS that these PR Masters are dishing out. The center is designed to suck business (and tax dollars) from our local municipal coffers and kill our small town businesses without doing anything to support us locally. This is NOT in Del Mar.
