Chris Morrison and Brent Ringoot of Prudential California Realty have united to create HomeBaseVA, a real estate team dedicated to helping veterans and active members of the armed forces.

The concept is highly personal in nature for Ringoot, a disabled veteran who served a four-year tour in the U.S. Navy. He explained that, “It was important for us to create a service-oriented program for our clients. Our exclusive industry relationships allow us to deliver a seamless process from the start of the transaction to the close of escrow, as well as real estate relocation services to and from anywhere in the country.”

Managing Director of HomeBaseVA Chris Morrison agreed, adding that their success has been due to the team’s attention to detail and focus on preparation.

“Our services are designed to improve our clients’ financial position. We want to facilitate a positive experience for our clients and ensure that they can achieve their goals in the most efficient manner possible,” commented Morrison.

A residential specialist with Prudential’s Del Mar office, Ringoot is known for his vast understanding of the local market and the tenacity he displays when negotiating on behalf of his clients. He is a member of the Encinitas Toastmasters and actively involved with numerous community and charity organizations.
