The Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce held an Installation Dinner for its board members on Feb. 28 at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club.  The event honored former Solana Beach Mayor Joe Kellejian and County Supervisor Dave Roberts served as the evening’s keynote speaker.
