The Carmel Valley Branch Library held its 20th Anniversary Celebration on July 27. Community members gathered with Councilmember Sherri Lightner and Friends of the Library for the festivities, which included refreshments and airbrush tattoos for the kids.

The library is located at 3919 Townsgate Drive, 92130 (Carmel Valley).
