Optimists host Dave Roberts in Solana Beach

The Del Mar-Solana Beach Optimist Club (www.optimistdelmarsolanabeach.org)welcomed County Supervisor Dave Roberts as the guest speaker at the group’s March 19 dinner meeting.

The Optimists’ mission is “to develop optimism as a philosophy of life utilizing the tenets of the Optimist Creed. To promote an active interest in good government and civic affairs, inspire respect for law, and friendship among all people. To aid, and encourage the development of youth, and to give of one’s self in service to other’s in our communities.”
